Every client is unique so SecuriPark has adopted a client centric approach to service delivery. We believe that our valued clients, must have a significant, influential input into the tailor made service that we proudly deliver. Our clients complete a monthly service evaluation report. This report is then discussed at a monthly client meeting whereby service levels are evaluated, problems are discussed and solutions are jointly achieved.
SecuriPark’s Management Team has a unique attitude to the service that they individually provide to our clients. Our Management Team is at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This ensures that problems are resolved as soon as possible and inconvenience is kept to an absolute minimum. Our Supervisors visit the site at least once a day, to assess personnel and assist with any problems or queries which may have arisen. |
