Formed by Deon Pretorius in 1998, SecuriPark was acquired by Excellerate Holdings in 2000.  The company has been built around a customer base that includes a number of major property owners and managers, including Liberty Properties, SPAR, Kingco Group and Highgrove Investments.

SecuriPark was sold back to Deon in July 2005 after a management buy out. This enables us to have a much more hands on approach and to increase our service delivery to our already valued clients.

We believe that our staff is a valuable commodity and we believe in one of our core principles being “WE INVEST IN HUMAN CAPITAL”
 
Before we employ staff we ensure that the following standards are met:

• All applicants is registered with SIRA and trained in an accredited SIRA training institution.
• Staff have to undergo a criminal record test and ITC check
• Pre employment screening and aptitude testing
• A basic literacy and numeracy test-applicants have to obtain an 80% pass rate to be considered for employment with SecuriPark.
• All staff is South African citizens
• Communication and suitability testing.
• All staff understands and buys into the value systems of SecuriPark.
